Dutton Nursing & Medical are recruiting experienced Support Workers on an 8 week temp to perm basis for a client based in Huddersfield. You will support service users with complex mental and physical health needs within a residential setting.

* Provide assistance to residents to help them meet both their health and social care needs.
* Enable residents to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life.
* Help residents to identify and choose their support needs.
* Understand the rights of the individual to have their wishes respected.
* Understand how to treat individuals with dignity and respect.
* Understand equal opportunities and supports the equality and diversity of the individual
Essential Criteria
* At least 6 months' UK based experience as a Support Worker.
* You must have the right to work within the UK.
* You must have a strong commitment to providing the highest standards of care possible.
* A person-centred approach to delivering care.
