Dutton Recruitment are working in partnership with a small but growing charity who support adults with complex needs, autism and learning disabilities through a range of services including residential support, supported living and day services. Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee their service in Hull which supports adults with complex needs, behaviours that challenging and learning disabilities.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for running the service, ensuring quality and CQC compliance and supporting your team to enable service users to live as independently as possible. To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing a similar service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and have your Level 5 in management or be working towards it.
