Your Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage planning projects in accordance with HOAI or relevant contractual agreements.
* Continuously monitor project timelines, budgets, and the quality of planning deliverables.
* Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, builders, architects, authorities, specialist planners, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
* Coordinate and lead internal project meetings and serve as a technical contact for internal matters.
What We Expect:
* A degree (Technician, Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Supply Engineering with a focus on HVAC.
* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current industry standards and regulations, ideally complemented by relevant training.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus, particularly in BIM methods.
* Strong motivation, responsibility, goal-oriented work ethic, assertiveness, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Initial experience in managing technical teams and projects is an advantage.
