Job Title: Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* Lead by example to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
* Input and manage valve data in the Valve Management System (VMS).
* Overhaul, QA, and ensure timely delivery of valves per customer requirements.
* Provide on-site support when needed.
* Maintain company quality standards for customer satisfaction.
* Conduct risk assessments in line with IVS quality, H&S, and environmental policies.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met.
* Coordinate production planning and resource allocation.
* Conduct team briefings, drive performance, and provide feedback.
* Uphold ISO9001 quality and Health & Safety standards.
* Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
* Encourage a high-performance culture and process improvements.
* Support engineering changes, production trials, and model changes.
* Report and act on machinery breakdowns and maintenance needs.
* Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes and customer concerns resolution.
* Verify workshop team timesheets for accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

* HNC or equivalent in a mechanical discipline (Essential).
* IOSH/NEBOSH certification (Desirable).
* Experience in the valve industry (Desirable).
* Proven experience supervising a team of mechanical fitters (Essential).
* Strong background in process improvement and problem-solving (Essential).
