We are urgently looking for a skilled Handyperson (Southwark) preferably with experience working with local authority housing stock.

£22 - £25ph

The Role

Must be competent tiler and have basic 1st and 2nd fix plumbing skills.

Able to identify and Isolate Hot and Cold supplies

2nd fix fitting basins toilets and ancilliaries for disabled.

install Basic dieabled adaptation equipment, Handrails, Ramps

Basic carpentry skills, boxing in fit doors, locks

Basic painting and decorating



NOTE: MUST HAVE ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE
