Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for a CNC Miller Machinist for a permanent position based with our client in Sheffield.

Immediate Start available (Subject to Interview Process)

Rate for Pay £13.00 to £15.00 per hours for basic hours.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
* Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
* Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
* Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or tooling -
* Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

* Experience in operating and setting CNC Milling machines.
* Experience in self-inspection and recording results of produced components.
* Demonstrate a good level of numeracy / literacy.
* Demonstrate the ability to used multiple control systems.
* Experience with Hurco Machines.
