We recruit Care Assistant's who always work with the service user's best interests and dignity at heart. You must:
* Have a minimum of 6 months experience
* A DBS check will be required (we can apply for one for you if you are not on the update service)

The job role of a Care Assistant is varied dependent on the client's requirements, but is likely to include the following tasks:
* Assisting service user's with personal care (washing, going to the bathroom, dressing, eating, and drinking)
* Food preparation
* Encouraging and supporting the service users to take part in social and leisure activities
* Booking and accompanying to medical appointments
* Compliant and accurate record keeping as per the requirements in the particular setting
* Quickly reporting any emotional and/or physical changes in those you care for
* Showing sensitivity for service users preferences and cultural needs
* Assisting with mobility issues, which can involve heavy lifting and hoisting
* Ability to handle challenging behaviour professionally
