My client is looking for experienced Bid Managers to take the lead on exciting projects ranging from £500k to £250m. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in regenerating homes and communities while being at the heart of the action-handling all writing responsibilities yourself!

Your Role:
As a Bid Manager, you'll:
* Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial enquiry to tender submission.
* Write and coordinate submission responses tailored to each client.
* Lead planning and review meetings, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
* Collaborate with estimators and operational teams to ensure the synergy between price and quality.
* Maintain a strong market and industry intelligence to drive improvements and innovation.
What they are Looking For:
* Proven experience in bid management and technical writing, ideally within social housing or construction.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage the full bid lifecycle independently.
* Strong relationship-building skills and up-to-date industry knowledge.
* Retrofit knowledge is a big plus!
