TIARA success - good things come in threes!

We are very proud to have been shortlisted for three categories at the TALint International Annual Recruitment Awards!

These prestigious awards recognise excellence, innovation and growth in the recruitment sector. This year’s judging panel has been updated to include some of the best in-house talent leaders from a variety of world leading companies from Ericsson to Deloitte. The process is therefore incredibly thorough, making it a huge achievement to be finalists in 3 categories.

The categories we’re nominated for are:

Candidate Service Award - This award recognises excellence, innovation and impact in the way candidates are sourced, managed, and supported to ensure the best outcome for candidates.

Client Service Award - This award recognises excellence and collaboration in the delivery of talent acquisition project or ongoing campaign.

Marketing Campaign of the Year - This award recognises the best end-to-end marketing initiative that can demonstrate excellence and innovation in conception, execution and results. This has been awarded for our 2018 Halloween campaign aiming to attract new candidates to match our growth.

2019 has been a huge year for us so far with various company milestones, including being on track to achieve our biggest summer holiday period since formation. Alongside this we now have more personnel in the field than ever before thanks to our ever-expanding European operations, and we have no plans of slowing down!

These nominations are certainly a testament to our incredibly hard-working teams, and we can’t wait to celebrate in October with other key industry stakeholders.
