Quick-fire Q&A - Dom Jarvis

This week we welcomed Dom Jarvis to our Sheffield Headquarters, as our Northern Area Operations Manager. He is a very experienced recruiter, and we are very excited for what the future holds for Dom here at Dutton Recruitment.

But that's enough from us, let's get to know him a bit better...

How long have you been in recruitment?

After graduating from Sheffield as an Engineer, I started out in recruitment 15 years ago!

What's your favourite thing about the industry?

I love the diversity of the role and indeed the Engineering industry generally... the variety of processes and being a valued supplier to some of the companies at the forefront of the technology and products we use every day... Also, a big fan of free samples when visiting food factories!

...and what your least favourite thing?

Unreliable people... whether candidate, client or consultant...

What made you want to join Dutton Recruitment?

I want to be an integral part of it's rapidly expanding presence in the North.

Gin.

What's something you can't live without at work?

Atmosphere - if there isn't any, I'll make some...

What is your main goal at Dutton Recruitment?

To take a quality service to the market and continue to expand the brand into new geographies and industry sectors.
