Future-proofing at Dutton!
5th July 2017
Adam Sheekey, fresh off the back of his appointment in early 2017 has provided an update on why the business is enjoying very healthy and positive growth since the launch of a number of strategic initiatives to ensure the company is well placed for the future.
Since taking over the helm Adam has invested in recruiting the brightest and best talent by developing graduate open days in order to engage with the next generation of recruiters. This has seen people come in to help develop the company and its ambitions by having a solid succession plan at every level of the company. People can come to Dutton and feel confident of having a challenging and rewarding career.
With the development of new talent, the company has also invested in new products and markets with a delegation recently sent out to meet customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, exploring further expansion and opportunity in Europe. This team are hoping to touch down in the near future, with more good news coming from our partners in Europe.
On the domestic front Dutton continues to establish a quality recruitment service with new divisions in Sheffield, Rotherham and Leeds, continuously exploring new markets and partner organizations where the Dutton Brand can add real value.
We are also proud to announce a shakeup of our marketing department investing in a new back office team embracing the power of digital media and ensuring that the brand is ever present with new technology and the right expertise to give us the edge.
Our new CRM system is now fully embedded helping our loyal and dedicated staff in their day to day jobs find the best recruitment talent for our clients. This was a significant future-proofing investment, ensuring the presence of flexible technology that will allow us to compete with the biggest and best in the industry. Coupled with a robust training plan, staff are now better equipped than ever to work in the recruitment industry offering expert advice to valued clients both new and old.
At the half way stage of the year there is still a lot of hard work to do. Adam went on to comment on how proud he was of the team that have “developed and embraced the changes and feels very positive about how people are thriving under the ambitious growth plans”.
