Dutton Leeds – Committed to the location, and here to stay

Dutton Recruitment is always looking to expand, and in August 2016 it did just that with the opening of a Leeds branch. Since opening the team have worked tirelessly to gain a presence there, and bring the expertise and service quality that Dutton is famous for, to a new area.

Branch Manager James Turner discussed how the ethos at the Leeds Branch mirrors that of Dutton overall – a focus on good quality of service, not necessarily just quantity. “Honesty with our clients and candidates is key” James said, emphasising that it is crucial to “build a trusting and good-natured relationship”. This relationship is reinforced throughout the service at the Leeds branch. Whether it is on-site visits to our various projects, or phone calls to candidates and clients, networking and keeping in contact is central. Recruitment Consultant Tom Hamill says this is what gives Dutton Recruitment an edge, helping to put “a face to a name” and to build lasting relationships.

This is why Dutton Leeds has a very bright future. With the development of HS2 and the Northern Powerhouse Initiative, Northern cities such as Leeds will have a strain put on their skilled labour force; it is our job here at Dutton to help alleviate this strain, and connect talented candidates with innovative clients, helping to make the projects of the future a reality.

The Leeds branch is also a diverse one, with the Construction team being joined by a new Dutton Leeds Nursing & Medical team. Head of Dutton Nursing & Medical, David Bracken, said:
