Training, Development and Progression.
9th February 2017
Dutton Recruitment kicked off its dedicated 2017 staff training programme in style in central London this week.
Our first willing cohort of staff attended a structured, informative and fun filled training day focused on developing key skills in the recruitment industry. In order to pursue our strategic aims in to 2017 and beyond it has been recognised that Dutton need to invest in front line staff in order to ensure our teams are equipped with the right skills and attitude to succeed in the recruitment industry.
The session covered many areas of the sales process including handy tips on how to approach clients, offering clients suitable recruitment solutions and maximising opportunities.
The feedback from the day has been excellent with staff coming back in to the branch network enthused and ready to go out and take on the market with their newly acquired sales techniques.
Adam Sheekey, Dutton Recruitment CEO was involved in the inaugural session and commented “We like to do things differently at Dutton Recruitment and believe that investing money and time into our staff is key for their own and our success”
A big thank you goes out to all involved in organising the day and we are already looking at rolling out further training alongside our successful graduate open days, mentoring in branch and tailored recruitment solutions for our clients, candidates and employees.
